I seem to have lost all the canned report templates... it appears the window is not being displayed properly when I select reports... It appears that the top is missing.

Anyone have a fix? shortcut key?

I have deleted and reloaded the software, still have issues.

Running it on Windows 8, 64 bit.

Hi John,

We are aware of this issue and are currently attempting to fix it.

This appears to be caused by something in the settings file and how the reports dock uses that setting.
Are you able to send us your .settings file? (to support@webspy.com)

If you go here
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\WebSpy\Vantage Ultimate 2.2\

Replace <username> with your user account name.
And replace Vantage Ultimate 2.2 with which ever version you are using.

The file you are looking for is Vantage Ultimate.Settings (or similar depending on version).
Make sure Vantage is not running.
Then delete this file (this will delete your default settings (email, threads, list of open storages); your aliases, reports, storages etc will still exist) or rename the file or cut it to a new location as a backup.
Now reopen Vantage; the report dock display should have returned to normal.
