How To Update WebSpy Vantage and the Web Module

Last Updated: Mar 22, 2018 01:37AM PDT
WebSpy is continually releasing new features, loaders, and fixes. You can read about the new releases in our release notes section. You can automatically update your software to the latest version if your Vantage and Web Module servers have Internet access, and their Proxy Settings are configured correctly.

You can also update Vantage and the Web Module manually, by downloading the auto-update zip files, and extracting the contents over the Installation folder (for WebSpy Vantage) and the website folder (for the Web Module).

Avoid Version Mismatch between Vantage and the Web Module
Please ensure that your Web Module and Vantage are running the same version. If they are not then there is a chance of errors and/or communication conflicts between Vantage and Web Module. If you update one, please update the other.

Whether you are using Vantage Giga, Vantage Premium, or Vantage Ultimate the process is the same.
  1. Open Vantage and go to Tools | Check for Updates
  2. Vantage will then attempt to check for updates from our server.
  3. Follow the prompts to download and install the update.
