When importing your Organization from LDAP you receive Error: 000004DC.
This error usually indicates that the specified authentication credentials are incorrect or not in the correct format, or that the anonymous option has been used where the LDAP server requires credentials.
Enter credentials again, ensuring that the username is specified in DOMAIN\username format and that the username specified has permission to connect to the LDAP server.
Try with and without the 'Use SSL' option.
Also, try changing the port being used to access LDAP.

If you're still having issues, try connecting to your directory using a different LDAP application such as Adsiedit or Softerra LDAP Browser. Make sure you are doing this from the same machine that WebSpy Vantage is installed on. If this works, copy the exact credentials into WebSpy Vantage.
The LDAP information should now successfully import into the Organization in WebSpy Vantage.
If you're still having issues, go to Tools | Options | Performance and check the Enable Trace Logging checkbox and then click the Open Trace Log Location button to show the location where the trace log will be created. Go back to WebSpy Vantage and try importing your Organization from LDAP again. Try different options as above, and then send your Trace.log file to Support.
